I walked over to Robertson Boulevard (aka the Boulevard of $200 t-shirts) this afternoon for the first time since moving here. It took me about 15-20 minutes at a leisurely stroll to arrive at the block of Robertson where New Line is located.
The weather was beautiful today and the Boulevard was busy. I ate lunch at a healthy, organic food place recommended by my roommate called the Newsroom Cafe. I had the best salad of my life-- the tandoori smoked tofu salad with kashmir cashews, baked lentil chips, and mango chutney vinaigrette. It was heavenly.

God, that sounds good! My sis also talks of the ability to get great, healthy, organic food there. I wonder if it's affordable at all?
